| Details The specialist annuity division of this international banking group are loooking to recruit an experience Annuity consultant. Ideally you will hold Competent Supervisor Status but if you do not then this could be an opportunity to progress your career. This brand new role will report to the Sales Manager and have responsibility for motivating and managing part of a team of 14 Annuity Advisers as well as managing a small case load of sales calls. The division receives leads from throughout the group and then goes out to find the best annuity from the whole of the market. The company is looking to interview and offer the role by mid-November and all applicants will require Full FPC, excellent knowledge of the pensions market, proven sales experience and experience of managing and motivating a team (CSS not required) On offer is a basic or circa £30k + average OTE bonus of 25% + private medical + fully flexible banking benefits |
